As an independent broker, our aim is to help organisations maintain control over their telephony costs by ensuring call and line costs are the most competitive that the market can offer, whilst retaining service levels that match their needs.
The supply of telephony services is a very competitive market and we recommend that all businesses should review their service provision annually and should consider very carefully before committing to more than a 12 month contract.
We believe we are well placed to help businesses with their review, with our often free Independent Telephony and Broadband Audit and our ability to review the whole market. This enables us to be-spoke each report to the individual needs of our customers.
We can also assist clients when they need to upgrade their telephone systems or with new installations. From the early planning stages where a client needs to decide what their requirements are, cost comparisons, supply, through to installation and programming, we can project manage the whole process or assist as required.
