o Costs the caller just 2p per minute to call you, no cost to you.

o Put it on your stationary, no reprints or labels if you move, just point it to whatever number(s) you like (applies to land lines, pointing to a mobile costs more).

o Professional image with a national number.

  No support calls to 0900 numbers or waiting for 3 days for someone to reply to your email.  UK based customer support with people who know about lines, calls and broadband.

• Copies of the front pages of your bills.  Please make sure you are out of contract and the appropriate notice is given.  Let us know when the notice will be served.
  
• If  transferring your broadband we will need a Migration Authorisation Code (MAC) from your current internet service supplier.  Please make sure you are out of contract and the appropriate notice is given.
• We will send you a direct debit which is not mandatory but is preferred.  We recommend a direct debit as it generally saves everyone a lot of hassle all round.  Remember, you can cancel a direct debit at anytime.  If you are charged incorrectly at any time the companies that we use will attempt to resolve issues promptly and we will help with this process.
